Cancellation and refunds

The trial

Every new subscription starts with 30 days free. Your card is taken when the trial starts so that the subscription can continue without interruption, and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel at any point before it ends and you are not charged at all.

How to cancel

Open your account page and choose Manage billing. That opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can cancel immediately. There is no form to fill in, nobody to email and nothing to wait for. You can also write to connect@oryxdetailing.com and we will do it for you.

What cancelling does

It stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until the end of it, and your account then becomes read-only. You can still open the app, read every record, photograph and document you stored, and export them. Nothing is deleted.

Refunds

• During the trial: nothing to refund, because nothing was charged.
• A renewal you did not intend, reported within fourteen days and with little or no use of the service in that period: refunded in full.
• A charge that is wrong — billed twice, billed after cancelling, or charged an amount that is not the price you agreed: refunded in full, and we would like to know how it happened.
• A period you have used: not normally refunded. If the service was unavailable for a meaningful part of it, write to us.

Refunds are returned to the card that was charged, through Stripe. Your bank decides how quickly it appears; it is usually a few working days.

Before you dispute a charge

Please write to connect@oryxdetailing.com first. A refund we make directly reaches you sooner than a dispute resolved through a bank, and we would rather fix a billing problem than argue about one.

Prices

Subscriptions are billed in UAE dirhams by ORYX SPECIALIZED DETAILING AUTO ACCESSORIES FITTING L.L.C. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you are charged, and it does not change during a period you have already paid for. If we change the price, we tell you before the renewal it applies to and you can cancel first.
